This law firm has successfully litigated criminal/traffic, domestic relations, property, business, and personal injury cases in multiple jurisdictions. After practicing only in St. Joseph and northwest Missouri from 1992 to 2003, David opened an office in Memphis, in northeast Missouri, that year and lived near Kirksville. He also kept his home in St. Joseph and still accepted cases there. In 2012, David moved back to St. Joseph and opened an office downtown in spring 2014. His experience in negotiations and litigation, knowledge of the law, and aggressive representation of his clients have contributed to him obtaining successful results for his clients.
